Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pork chops 1 to 1½ inches thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Pat the pork chops thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine the oil and seasonings in a bowl, then coat the pork chops evenly, ensuring every piece is well-seasoned. Arrange the chops in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. Use a meat thermometer to confirm the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C); if necessary, add more time. Once done, allow the pork chops to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

  • Preheating the air fryer is not necessary, but if you do, reduce the cooking time accordingly.
